They’ve slightly rethemed both the Bird Show and the Nemo show too

Awesome thank you. Hoping to fit all that in over 2 days. Did they redo bugs life? Soarin? Or that a plan for next year?

Bug’s Life is gone and is now Zootopia.
Yes Soarin is getting a change too in the summer for the 250 years of Murica. It’ll be Soarin’ Over America.
Looks like the web also says
Millenium Falcon will have new missions starting next May (it already has some updates from its original incarnation at least in Disneyland which I visited in August)
Star Tours has some new scenes too from the Disney+ shows
Looks like there will be a new Mickey Jr. Playhouse show coming next summer too in DHS
and The Magic of Disney Animation (replacing the Star Wars thing that was in Animation Courtyard that was originally Disney Animation) is coming back but improved I’d guess
There will be a new playground in DHS as well
Carousel of Progress is getting new entrance stage piece with animatronic Disney and updated modern day scene at end but that date isn’t released yet so that may be post 2026
small world has a new song lyrics in final scene
and of course obligatory changes to Hall of Presidents.
There is much more coming in 2027 in beyond like Monsters Land in DHS with new ride/show and Latin Americas land replacing dinoland in AK with Encanto ride and retheming of Dinosaur to Indy and in MK there is a Villains land and cars land coming with new rides.

We booked a short trip in August 2026 JUST because of the new Soarin’. 
I’m considering as well, but must be sooo hot in August.
Indeed! When we went in September 2024, we literally planned our walking route in the parks toward the end of the trip that would have us going through gift shops or sitting in shows as much as possible, minimizing time actually spent outside. We will do the same for August 2026. We don’t typically like going when it is so hot, but it is a short trip…2 park days, 4 nights total.
