Seconded what @melcort10 said. Also 2x a number very close to zero is still infinitesimally small. If you are 30-39 or 40-49, the risk of death is 45x or 130x greater, respectively. That’s a more meaningful difference, though still small compared to 50, 60, 75, etc.
