New AP tips

Thank you @kerrilux_625778 Yes, that is why I don’t think of TiW as some additional discount. It’s 20% on it’s own for food & beverages (including alcohol). There is always at least a beer with our sit down meals but sometimes more.

The AP discount of 10% is still great on merchandise. And then there is usually some offer for discounted event tickets and room rates.

I think it’s somewhere in between and dependent on each person and their eating/drinking styles. Some restaurants are available for TiW and not the AP discount, and vice versa. If you don’t drink and don’t go anywhere that AP discount is not also offered, then yes, it is basically just an additional 10% discount on top of your AP discount. In which case you would need to spend $1,500 to make it worthwhile (excluding the parking benefits). But if you eat places where the AP discount is not offered and/or include alcohol, that $1,500 comes down.

About those parking benefits though…anyone know if you could use the TiW free valet to bypass the overnight parking charge at resorts? That would make it worth it real quick!!
