In the main information box (above the Plan Preferences section) there is an ‘Edit’ button. Click on it, and then in the pop-up window click the box next to ‘Publish This Plan?’ and click ‘Save’. After this at the top of the main information box it should say ‘This plan is published’ and provide a link to share.

You can always change the category by going to the edit button.
