I caught the flu in December at WDW. I think it was Magic Kingdom. Nobody talks about not going to WDW during flu season. (I had the flu shot.). DH and I were stuck in Orlando another 4 nights and paid big bucks to change our airfare. Thankfully we had hotel points to use.
Practice good hygiene and take precautions. We have to live our lives.
