Hi. I need some help with my Magic Kingdom custom plan for February 8th, 2025. The proposed itinerary doesn’t seem feasible. The wait times are incredibly low, especially for popular rides. For example, it says I’ll only have a 12 minute wait for TRON at 9.20am, 25 minutes Tiana’s Bayou Adventure at 10.39am, and only 31 for Seven Mine Dwarfs Train at 10.40pm.
I had the same issue building a plan for May. It was telling me 12 minutes for Jungle Cruise 1 hour into regular park opening. Thrill Data puts the wait at around 45 mins. That seems accurate.
I do think these times are off. I’m not sure what’s going on with TP but I think someone else reported this glitch with MK just recently.
Welcome to the community! I’m sure more people will chime in.
That seems quirky. Maybe look at the wait time forecasts for the day for better info? Feb 8 is a CL6, and TP’s table gives Tron a 35 minute wait at 10 am, for example.
I’m also going the week of the 8th and my wait times are super low as well. I know that week leading up until President’s day weekend tends to be lower because the week prior is a lot of cheer competitions, and the week after is Presidents Day week with a lot of schools doing winter break. Feb 8th week is sandwiches in between those two busy weeks, so the lower waits may be reflecting that.
My wait times during the morning that week are low as well (6 mins for MF at HS on a crowd level 6, 4 mins for Peter Pan at MK on a crowd level of 4.) However, my plans DO show increasing wait times as the day goes on, which seems accurate. For example, Slinky Dog is 47 wait by 10:30am on a crowd level of 6, and TRON shows 35 min wait around 10am on a crowd level of 4.
Either way- it’s going to be a GREAT week to be there. Eeeeeeeee so excited!!
Oh wow, I didn’t realize that week would be less crowded! Thanks for letting me know. I’m still a little hesitant to rely on those wait times completely when making my plan. Do you have any suggestions for making it more realistic? Maybe factoring in some extra time for crowds or potential delays?
I think you should be. They are low but I don’t think THAT low. Maybe add a 10-15 min break between 2 close rides in the a.m. to build in some extra wait time. That way the rest of your plan doesn’t go completely off the rails.
Been seeing a lot on here about fear that predicted wait times are too low. I’m wondering that with all the overpredictions that happened over 2024 that Touring Plans is tweaking the algorithm and its doing weird things.
Followed some of the morning results on Instagram reels last night. Crowds were pretty non-existent, at least according to the actual wait times that were posted on IG.
MK closes at 4:30 today, and I have seen pictures of Main Street virtually empty at early entry.
