Good video! Thanks for suggesting it! I found another channel called Best Life & Beyond that seems to be mostly DL. They reminded me a little of Rix Flix for UOR. We will be checking them out.
After playing around and looking at the schedule I am switching to follow @Wahoohokie ‘s advise and go with the 10/31 OBB! So, here’s how I think that would go. Btw, if it wasn’t for park reservations I would be much more laid back about this - I don’t mind them for WDW but they seem silly a bit silly for DL. 
Fri: arrive
Sat: DCA APR/DL
Sun: DL APR/DCA (could go with DCA but want the extra opportunity for BB lunch)
Mon: OBB get there at 3 pm-11pm
Tues: rest day (or Wednesday?)
Wed: DL APR
Thurs: DCA APR
Fri: DL APR/DCA picking up anything we want to redo etc.
Sat: leave
