Need Help Planning For 1st WDW Trip

I recently retired as a NOAA meteorologist and have put together a website to help with weather planning for WDW/central Florida trips. It might help you as far as determining when you want to go.

Unfortunately this is not the case anymore. October has become high season, so you will not see as many deals.

Late April early May is more likely to have some discounts or deals. Easter is beginning of April i. 2026, so should be good to go by that last week of April. Flower and Garden will still be going on at EPCOT- which makes EPCOT much more magical, and you won’t have to worry about MK closing early for parties like you would in October. Plus non-party night evenings in MK in October are VERY crowded.

Those are my thoughts on timing  I habe others on your other questions I will post later!

Sorry for everybody who spent time on answering my questions. My family decided Disneyland was better for now.

I mean, DLR is better, so they aren’t wrong.
Have a wonderful trip!

With a group of 9 people, I think you’ll have a better time at DLR. It’s a much easier park to navigate. Have fun!
