I have a 5 day hopper Pass and have decided on 4 of the days I would like to attend. I am looking for some advice or suggestions on picking the last day. The two days are Wednesday, October 31 (without a party ticket) but with a crowd level of 2 in both parks or Saturday Nov 3rd with crowd levels of 7 and 4.
I think my choice would be to do the 31st and my emphasis would be to get as many things done in the morning and afternoon before the party, then when the party starts and DCA gets crowded you can just take in the sites (I think DCA is prettiest this time of year). Also things will start shutting down to get ready for Christmas after Halloween.
