My trip report from last week in 2 words

TEMPORARILY CLOSED.

If you are headed to the world soon, buyer beware. I am the biggest WDW apologist around and always enjoy my trips but this one was a test. We are heavy DVC visitors so i can’t say i won’t be back, but my investment in lightning lanes and park visits overall will be limited. All the lightning lanes in the world don’t help if your rides don’t work…like at all. Here’s one day example: Get to MK early entry and knock out a few things…awesome…head to Haunted Mansion for a LL - NOPE down, ok let’s go use the tier 1 LL at Tiana - NOPE sit in log for 30 minutes after floating a few feet into the ride, and then get evacuated and it doesn’t come back online until too late in the day, ok let’s get MEP’s and go to Epcot for lunch ADR and headliner rides…NOPE, monorail down, take boat to Poly, walk to TTC, finally get to Epcot late for ADR and I’m at my 3rd blue umbrella of the day and it’s not even 1PM yet. OK, lunch is done let’s use some MEP’s and BG’s! Head to Cosmic Rewind…NOPE, down for the rest of the day! Ok, well let’s go ride Frozen i guess…NOPE down and never came back on line.

That’s just one day… it was kind of all like that, and kind of sucked…shhhhhhh my wife and kids might be listening.

Sadly, you aren’t the first person I’ve seen report this lately! I think Disney Dish has even been bringing this up in recent episodes… :sob: :sob:

It’s so frustrating and disappointing when this happens. Disney used to care about this stuff, but not anymore. Hopefully your next trip will be better.

Ugh that does not sound magical! If you haven’t already, I’d suggest a complaint to Disney. They do want people to be happy enough to continue purchasing extras!
