The My Disney Experience website is just awful lately. What did they do?? When I was planning my trip that I took earlier in April I never had any issues. I have not been able to get into the ‘MY PLANS’ section for two days now. very annoying. Does anyone have any tips or advice to making this stupid thing work?
The IT at Disney leaves so much to be desired. I keep hoping that these glitches means they are working on an upgrade. I tend to be eternally optimistic though. I find it helpful to switch browsers or if I’m using Chrome, I’ll go into incognito mode.
I wanted to look at passholder room rates for my upcoming trip last night and all I was getting was an error message. I switched to “private” in safari and it loaded.

Try clearing your cookies and cache. Also try logging out and back in.
