MVMCP Touring Plan 2018 Questions

Hi!
I know there are a couple touring plans posted from prior years for MVMCP, but I was wondering if anyone knew if they would be updated for this year?

Also, I don’t believe any of them focus on seeing all the characters (like Jack). Does anyone have any good suggestions for this? We will be going to a mid week party in the middle of December and would really like to meet as many of the unique characters as possible.

My friend is the queen of character photos, and uses Kenny the Pirate to plan. He will probably have a suggested order soon. I did read yesterday that Jack/Sandy Claws is starting to meet at 4:30pm and you can line up as early as 2pm.
