For our MVMCP nights, we are staying offsite. I assume I will be able to make FPPs for between 4 PM and 6 PM when the 30-day window opens for the party ticket. Please confirm.

Actually the tickets will let you book FPs for any time. The onus is on you to book them at a time you will be able to use them. 3:30pm onwards should give you enough time to get to the first one.

Attending a party and can confirm you can book fast passes. Again shoot for 3:30 4:30 and 5:30 so you can do 3 before 6pm.
