Hi! Traveling to Orlando with my husband and 18 month old. Staying at the swan. Can book our multi passes 7 days in advance of our reservation even if we won’t be going to the parks until a few days into our stay?
Part two question. My mom will be joining us at the swan but doesn’t arrive until a day after us. I will be handling all her multi pass, tix, app etc. will I be able to book hers with our or will I either have to wait until 7 days before her check in or add her name to our room to hook with us?She is already linked in my app. I want to make sure we all get the same LLs.
Yes! The first day you can book is based on your stay since Swan is considered onsite. So you can book all your park days at once starting 7 days before your check-in day.
If she is in a different room, her date will be calculated independently and will start 7 days before her checkin day. In this scenario you may want to wait and book everything all at once to ensure your LLs are all the same time.
If she is in your room, just make sure she is listed for all days and the system will be none the wiser that she is arriving a day later.
Thinking about this more, even if she isn’t physically staying in your room, you may want to list her on your reservation if you have capacity in your room so that you can book together.
