What would be some popular dining places where I would have to make a reservation at the 180 day window or risk not being able to make a reservation?

We have done several character meals in the past, including, Cinderella Castle, Akershus, and Chef Mickey. Haven’t done Be our Guest and will try to get it this time for our August trip. Are there any other popular ones that we should try to get?
V&A Chef’s Table - almost impossible to get even at 180+10

Beaches and Cream because it’s so small, and Sci Fi can be hard to get.
