Debating going to HS on a morning EMH day, but has a crowd predictor of 6, OR go on a non-EMH day with a crowd predictor of 3. We will have park hoppers, but don’t want to do that on our HS day to save the time from hopping. Thoughts? Thanks in advance!
Go on EMH morning only if you can get there prior to rope drop. Otherwise, lower crowd day. I would choose lower crowd day personally because I can’t get my crew up and out for too many RD mornings.

If going for RD is easy for you even on an EMH day, I’d go that route. The crowd level is a prediction. It could be wrong. EMH is a sure thing.
