What is weird is that I could do this on day one, and then after I heard that it wasn’t supposedly allowed, I tried again, and sure enough…I could book a park pass outside of my resort reservation window.

So, I don’t know if I simply had magical powers no one else did, or if they weren’t actually enforcing the rule, despite having had the rule, and so now they are just changing the rule to match how the system was already working!
