I heard the monorail is shut down to Epcot. How do you get to Epcot from Magic Kingdom? It always was that you could only take a disney bus from resorts to one of the parks but not park to park.

I thought there were always park to park busses. Maybe not between epcot and MK, but if the monorail is down in sure there will be busses.
Yes the Epcot monorail is down due to no park hopping. There are busses between all parks though. And they plan to reopen the Epcot monorail when park hopping resumes in January. It will only run each day starting an hour or so before park hopping is allowed (currently they say 2pm).
