Mobility Accessibility in UOR

DH and I are going to UOR for the first time in June. We both have mobility issues. I use an ECV and he will be using a power wheelchair. We’ve been doing a lot of research, but I would love to hear from some liners about how accessible UOR is.

  • Are there things we need to consider?
  • Tips & Tricks?
  • How are most stores using a powerchair or ECV? Are there any that are very crowded?

We don’t ride very many rides unless they are very, very tame and have no screens.

I have a friend with MS. He uses a ECV at Universal. He says it’s very easy and very little issues unless it’s packed like at HHN.

He says he thinks UOR is more ECV friendly than WDW.

However, the rides at UOR aren’t as accommodating for larger people He’s a thin guy so he says he does everything.
