Mobile Ordering with Dining Plan

I tried searching and couldn’t find anything recently regarding this, but is it possible to mobile order using the dining plan right now?

The reason I ask is that I was on MDE playing around just trying to get familiar with the layout and how it works and it gave me a message saying that mobile ordering with the dining plan wasn’t available at this time. I’m hoping and assuming that it gave me that because my dining plan isn’t active yet, but I wanted to see if I could hear from someone with recent experience.

I believe you are right that your dining plan is not active right now.

My last trip to WDW, we used mobile ordering at quick service with a dining plan, no problems. Had an issue getting Dole Whips, they didn’t get my order right away but no issue getting meals.

Absolutely but you won’t be able to see it as a payment option until your trip starts.

Thanks for the feedback, everyone… I assumed that was the case, but I hate to assume.
