We had a horrible time getting a Minnie Van from Kidani. Tried for 45 minutes on two different nights with no luck. Apparently your request only goes to those within a 15 mile radius & there’s not much within that distance from Kidani.
We did use it on the way home from MK one night & it was awesome. But it’s frustrating that Disney is advertising this service but is completely unable to meet the demand.
The pickup spot wasn’t our experience. They have a defined number at the bus stops at Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios (we managed to snag one leaving these locations). As I mentioned, Animal Kingdom actually didn’t have a defined bus stop, it’s actually right behind the bus stops. And pick up at the resort was at the lobby. I wonder why the difference.
Just saw that Minnie van service expanded to the entire resort, not just hotel guests now.
