Away We Go would work great for any park except MK. Unfortunately the TTC waypoint would apply to car service as well as Uber.

Could they use Away We Go for a Resort → Resort (Contemporary) and walk over, burning a No-Show breakfast reservation ($10)? Maybe even Poly/Monorail combo.

Best to call Away We Go and confirm scheduling and time allowances. Add in a buffer for unexpected contingencies.

There really is no extra time to be ready in the morning unless lots of prep is done the night before.
We’ve had toddlers, preschoolers, middle schoolers and upward at the bus stop before 7. They don’t need to eat that early. Bring snacks to stick in their hands every hour or so.
Even a 6:55 am bus may not get you to the front. It’s not guaranteed. If it’s their first time, everything is cool and awesome and
