Oh no…woke up this morning to our air conditioner not working. Waiting on repair person to arrive and assess the situation. Hoping it’s not the whole unit because that will definitely cut into funds for what is supposed to be my first ever solo trip coming up in 8 weeks. In 17 years I have literally not had a break -for just myself-from special needs mothering, and I hope this isn’t too selfish to say, but I really could use this trip. And, it’s supposed to get up to 95 today…

Hoping it is a simple fix and not too expensive. You deserve a trip and a break for some me time.

@eightyeightkeys fyi if you are still looking for garden grill breakfast my reservation finder has started running & popped up with something this morning! It looks like there’s still plenty of options at the moment so I think they just now got around to loading breakfast times for whatever reason

How’s your ac?
Still not installed!! We’ve had so many storms all week that they’re not coming out until Monday. We have a window unit on our main floor bedroom (where our old pups are hanging out!), and we camp in there at night. Lots of fans going in the family room/dining/kitchen areas.
