I read that you can only buy the Memory Maker with the Military Discount at the parks… is that true? I’d have to have to waste precious park time in line!
From Disney’s own website: The specially-priced Memory Maker product can only be purchased at Walt Disney World theme park ticket windows by Eligible Service Members (defined below) or their spouses.

This does not mean you need to be in a park - you can drop by a park ticket window while everyone else is getting settled into the hotel room. Possibly including the ones at Typhoon Lagoon.

I usually buy ours the night before at Disney Springs. You can also buy it at Guest Services prior to Rope Drop. It doesn’t take that long and it’s worth the savings.
