I purchased memory maker on my account and it appears linked under my MDE. If I manage my family accounts, will they automatically be able to scan their magic bands and the photos will appear under my memory maker or do they need to be linked to memory maker somehow?

Under the Family and Friends section of MDE, click the edit box next to each persons name and make sure the option to share pictures is selected. If so, then all pictures scanned onto their MBs will appear in your MDE account.
Any profiles that you manage exclusively (they don’t have their own email and MDE) are already set up to add photos to your MM. If someone has their own MDE then see below @sshockey instructions.
