I was initially going to say you could pick an actor in a TV ad.
Recognizable but not really a celebrity.
But still… we’re talking used shoes…
So I’d say your garden variety, upper minor league professional athlete.
Unlike the extremely mediocre and ephemeral ad actor, the almost rookie is starting out on a trajectory that could make the shoes collectible & that potential might offset the grossness.

According to the internet she wears a size 4 (UK). And the internet doesn’t lie.
I also discovered that the Queen has staff members break in her shoes, so by the time she wears them someone else has already worn them in. I wonder if the original meme poster took this into account.
