The general consensus in the comic book community is that Thanos’ intent was to save ecosystems. Therefore, the snap (or blip) would have ignored microbes and other small organisms necessary to sustain an ecosystem (like bees).

Did the easy bake ovens actually bake?
This was why they worked so well in the incandescent light bulb era. Those bulbs were so damn inefficient, that nearly 95% of the energy sent through the bulb came out as heat, not light. Newer bulbs don’t have said problem, so they can light up a space with less electricity. But it also means the bulbs don’t get hot enough to cook anything.
Edit: doing a little more digging, the filament of an old 100W light bulb could reach temperatures of around 4600F (yes, four thousand six hundred) or 2540C. The surface of the bulb would be around 300F (149C)
Newer easy bake ovens use their own heat source, now.
