I find myself wondering if the last line is a complaint about Dawn or Autocorrect
It’s a comment on how Dawn often focuses their commercials on how they help to clean wildlife after an oil spill - usually ducks or other birds. I think it’s awesome…but it is a weird choice to show how well it will clean dishes.
Are greasy…tequila bottle dog toys…a common occurrence??? 
And yeah, now that I think about that a little more … that is weird.
