Since my DD7 is a huge fan it’s a big priority for us to meet Hello Kitty at her shop in Universal (…ok, maybe I’m also a big fan…). Is she kind of always around or do I have to time it? We only have 1.5 days and a lot of that will be spent in Harry Potter.
She doesn’t have any set time. She’s more of a “roaming” character on Hollywood Blvd.
I had the same experience when I wanted to meet Spider-Man at his store. My best advice is to ask multiple Team Members on Hollywood Blvd about when she may be appearing. (I say multiple because often you can get different answers. If you ask multiple TMs you have a better idea of a time.)
I feel the same about Kung Fu Panda and Puss-N-Boots girlfriend.
