MDE and Annual Pass Question, please help!

Hey everyone,
I am going to be taking my niece to Disney here in March and I am working on linking our MDE accounts. She has an annual pass and I do not. Her annual pass is through her mom’s name. I have already sent emails inviting both of them to link and they both have. It now shows a linked AP through my SIL’s name and not under my niece’s name. Does this mean that I am able to make fastpass requests for my niece, or is there a step that I am still missing. Thank you so much!
