Marvel Cinematic Universe

I’ve seen that trailer twice now and I’m totally psyched for it.
I love the twist of it being set mid century :star_struck:

See I don’t think it is mid century. I think their universe is just the retro futuristic one that people imagined in the 50s. Like Epcot! Will be interesting to see if I’m right.

Oh, like an alternative universe?
Ok. I can get on board with that. I just love the vibe of that era. It’s one of the reasons why I love Cabana Bay so much!

I do remember them, in the end scene, referring to the ship as ‘extra-dimensional’ :bulb:

I need to see Thunderbolts/The New Avengers again!!! Of course I’m debating how to list it in my comprehensive list/ranking of movies I wee this year - do I keep it just as Thunderbolts? do I do 2 entries, one with each title? Oh my!!

I believe that they are considered an alternate universe, hence the “Tomorrowland” future-ish setting that they are in still works.

I’ve been planning a UOR trip for next uear and you have convinced me to stay at Cabana Bay!

If it is successful hopefully they will update Tomorrowland in a way inspired by the movie, but not directly referencing.

I hope you love it.

Please note that I have mentioned that it is in need of some TLC. But I would still opt in for our next trip :star_struck:

TLC is okay. Themeing, comfortable, good pools, good price- works for me! Plus walk to Volcano Bay

What I want to know is if this Fantastic 4 movie will reference anything made before Disney bought Fox?

Just saw Thunderbolts* finally. Way fun and the best MCU outing for awhile.

My theory of the end-credit scene. that wasn’t the Fantastic 4 on the ship - they are already on the planet (that’s the ‘outer space’ reference Yelena made. The person on the ship is RDJ’s Dr. Doom

There’s just no need for this when Julian McMahon is still hot :woman_shrugging:t4::laughing:
