Does the Mama Melrose Fantasmic Dinner still come with an appetizer?

We enjoyed the Mama Melrose / Fantasmic package during our recent trip (April 2016).
The package used a single table service credit on the DDP.
The meal included appetizer / entree / dessert / soft drink. The meal and service was very good.
Only downside was that only relatively early ADR timeslots were available when we booked (@ 180 days) - would have preferred a slightly later reservation for dinner.
