I just looked up every menu in every one of these spots.
I think CR we will end up eating dessert there. I was going to follow @PrincipalTinker 's
But now I’m thinking I won’t even bother with Poly unless someone tells me they have fabulous Christmas decorations. Otherwise I think we will go to CR for all our eating and then to GF to walk it off. 
I prefer the EP resorts on a whole to the monorail resort decorations (other than GF). Of course, WL is a special stop.
Aren’t there boats between MK and GF and Poly?
Yes there is - I guess that’s one more option if needed / desired.
There are reports this week that they shut down the GF/Poly dock during the construction and they are sharing the WL/FW dock. Only issue seems to be only two boats can be docking at a time so it can be a delay.
