I am building out my touring plan for MK the day we arrive in October. Our flight lands at 11am and I am starting my plan for 2PM. Is this 3 hour estimate from landing to hitting MK reasonable. We are staying at the Contemporary and plan on just dropping off our carry-ons with the bellman and walking over to the park.
It is reasonable as long as you don’t have anything that can be missed, like an ADR. I wouldn’t take the chance on missing an ADR or a coveted FP because you never know what will happen.
I didn’t pay attention to times from airport to park on previous trips, but this trip we landed about 10:15 and were at Magic Kingdom by 1:30 including a stop in our room and QS lunch at the resort (but there were 2 adults, no kids so that is a little faster).
