Magical Express calling times?

I finally paid up my package and booked my flights, so the next thing on my To-Do list was “figure out Magical Express”. Is calling them on the phone really the only way to get my flight info to Disney? What century is this? /stamps feet/

Anyway, I called the number and was informed that wait times are 30+ minutes. Any tips about times or days with better wait times?

Can’t you just add the info online via My Disney Experience?
