I anticipate they will have tiered offerings. We shall see.
These are the April prices. I looked late March and those were all $578, I assume because of Spring Break season. I’d been wrong about paying to be able to refund. You can get a full refund up to 14 days beforehand without paying extra.
If I recall, those prices are final price…meaning, no additional taxes will be added. Is that correct?
I looked back at the email receipt and there wasn’t any extra charges. Only extras were $0 price things that are bonuses.
It would be the middle of March, so still very close to what I think the going rate will be for 4 day park to park plus a water park or 5 day park to park- and maybe even cheaper since I really don’t know where Universal will land with the park to park tix prices.

I completely understand all your feelings! I haven’t been to Epic, yet. However, I jumped to URO back in 2022 from 40 years of WDW fandom. It’s been the best few years of my “theme park life”
Referencing ATLA and C.S. Lewis?
I’m impressed
Disney’s new motto over the past 5-10 years seems to be “The Customer Is Always Wrong”
I’ll be back later with my own trip report of the Epic weekend I just had, but I’ll start by saying that Universal is the most customer friendly company in the industry
They promote themselves as a feedback driven company. I 100% have experienced this and love them for them for it.
I’ve written GS about issues or ideas and seen them implemented. I’m sure I wasn’t the only person responsible, but they listened to their guests! ![]()

After filling out my HHN feedback survey, I got asked if I’d like to be a regular panelist
I don’t see Disney reaching out like that
I get regular surveys from Disney, and have twice had follow up surveys to dive deeper. So they do…to a point. I think the way they ask the questions doesn’t fully lend itself to them fully hearing the honest truth, but it is something.
I have never gotten a survey that I recall from Universal. So I am not sure we can judge this anecdotally.
Fair enough
I’ve always gotten a survey from Universal the day after my trip ended. On the rare occasion I’ve heard from Disney, it’s always been at least a week
