Any recommendations on where to stop for lunch between Houston and Pensacola?

We’ve stopped at Willy Burger in Beaumont, and it was amazing! Really fun atmosphere too. We’re coming from further north than you though, so I don’t know if you’ll be ready for lunch by Beaumont, ha!
