I just evaluated and optimized my plans for our upcoming visit. I was shocked when the wait times for meeting Chewbacca and Kylo Ren at DHS were so long! Anybody know if the waits really are that long, and if so, why?
A couple of people mentioned this today on chat - they emailed TP and have just heard back that staff are in the process of correcting the times. Try optimising again on Monday - they said it would take a few days.
