Lines app - can't log in

Ok, this might be a stupid question, but I can’t log into the lines app. Is it an additional fee to the yearly TP subscription? If not, it just won’t accept my username and password. On my iPad or iPhone. Ive made sure it is JavaScript enabled, and updated cookies to Always allow. Help please!

There’s no extra fee. I will tag @len who may have some advice. If I was you, I would email webmaster@touringplans.com and let them know you’re having issues too. You should just be able to log in.

Sorry about that! I suggest resetting your password. There’s no additional fee for the app.

If a password reset doesn’t work, email webmaster@touringplans.com, please. They’ll take care of it quickly.
