I thought this got a new name and re-theme but forgot to look at it when we were there in August. Is it still the same?
A few random thoughts:
- When you mobile order, you have to actually complete your order all the way through purchase to change your arrival window beyond first available. But once you do that, you can move it as far back as you want.
- Mobile order automatically applied my Magic Key discount. I don’t believe that was possible a couple years ago but maybe I’m misremembering.
- I was able to book a new LL at the beginning of my return window. I know I’m supposed to be the expert but I can’t remember if that’s how it is at WDW. I thought it was end of window or after tapping in. May have been a fluke because most of our party had tapped in (only DW had not since she is rider swapping with the two big kids, but she had not redeemed her original LL since we had an extra due to two non-riders), but all 6 of us could get a new LL.
It’s now called Chip n Dale’s Gadget Coaster, but it’s exactly the same ride as far as I could tell. Nothing looked new.
I only ride the Matterhorn with an LL to get the right track. The left track is awful!
It has always been this way at DL. It is not this way at WDW for some unknown reason.
This one I’m not sure about.
I am not sure about this, but I think it’s illegal to have so many good looking people in one family.
That was DD20’s first coaster! We rode it many times on our first trip. I think she was just turned 7. We still will ride it if it doesn’t have a long wait for nostalgia. I haven’t ridden since the refurb though.
It’s pretty rough. But the right side is a little less rough. I don’t really enjoy it anymore (that and the yeti jump scares) or SM in WDW.
I think it’s Chip and Dale’s Gadget Coaster now. I haven’t ridden to see what’s changed as far as theming.
Who is older: Karen or Jane? I always forget who is who and I hate that.
There’s a way to do this differently. I can’t remember now how, but we figured it out last month. I think click on the restaurant rather than begin order and it will show you all the times available.
Karen is older.
Karen is 9 and Jane is 6.
And for completeness, Sam is 11 and Anne is 4.
My dad sent me this meme.
(he is an orthopedic surgeon)
Tiana’s Bayou Adventire is coming along.
We’re in DB7 waiting to say “here” on our mobile order till DW gets out of IJ with the big kids.
How much would it have bothered you for the rest of the day (week/month/year/your life) if you had not completed the series?
I have a problem. ![]()
