On our last day, I canceled my 10pm flight and caught a ride with a friend, so neither of us tapped in at all that day. Can I claim that admission value? Did I have to do something that day? I haven’t found any info online. Each of us had a 6th day hopper. I did cancel my park reservation the night before.
If you hadn’t used any of your ticket, you could apply the full value of the tickets to a future ticket purchase. Unfortunately you cannot claim the value of that day since you used the other days. A 6 day ticket expires 9 days from day 1 of your ticket.

We were allowed to apply the value of the remaining days of our FL resident ticket to a new ticket purchase. You can call and ask, but wait times are horrendous
