I’m staying at Kidani Village in Oct with my family of 11 people in a 3BR villa. We have a reserved a standard view, but as I understand it, there are only 2 rooms that are 3BR with standard views, and the are on the opposite end of the resort from the bus stop. We are traveling with my mother and father who are 75 and 78 years old. My mother has Alzheimer’s, and cannot walk long distances. We’ll be using a traditional wheelchair in the parks (she doesn’t have the mental capacity to do an ECV). I would like to request a room close to the bus stop, but in order to make that happen it would have to be an upgraded room. Is there any chance of that happening?
There is always a chance but I would not expect it. I would suggest speaking with the front desk in person and see what they can do.
