I was thinking that I missed something and there was a festival at DLR as well.
I got a similar “No ticket issued” message when making a Trueblue redemption booking. Based on this thread and other research I figured I’d wait and see but the next day it showed “canceled” on the Jetblue website. I tried again but got the same No ticket issued message. I contacted Jetblue via webbrowser chat and got through to someone after about an hour who manually issued the tickets.
Webbrowser chat is a lot better than waiting on the phone (or even Apple business chat) because I can more easily do other stuff.

I will point out that blue basic does not allow for carry on bags. Will end up costing like 60 dollars if it doesn’t fit under the seat. Checking it will be cheaper. Also, you can pick your seat now online if you want, it will just cost you like 12 dollars per seat
Usually tell anyone on JetBlue to get the blue fare, since its free changes and cancelations, along with a carry on allowed and free seat selection.
