@kjsprouse you are going to love Portfino Bay , very beautiful hotel great pool, easy boat ride or walk to the parks. It was the relaxing part of the trip. 2 Days are more than enough for Uni especially with being on site and EXPass. If funds are available the walk back to contemporary after the party is so worth it, however if you are putting in the EP/HS hop day you could try the dolphin or swan, you can always Uber there after the party. I don’t know about 5 in room though but definitely cheaper rates you maybe able to swing 2 rooms, even with the resort fee.
