I would guess that if you are talking about doing it through the WDW Travel Co, then the answer would be yes. But you might want to consider purchasing from an outside company for more comprehensive coverage at very good prices. We have really liked MH Ross for their straightforward, excellent plans. Luckily, I have never had to make a claim, but my BFF did last year and it was super easy and fast.
