I’ve been a subscriber for years, but I never get emails about park hour changes or crowd calendar updates for days I am tracking-what do I need to do to make sure I get these?
Do you have a trip set up on your dashboard? That is how I get them, and only for those dates.

Have you checked your profile too on the website that you have emails enabled?

I do have two trips currently set, and I do have send email notifications checked on my profile. Could emails go to spam? I confess I don’t check my spam box, but surely TP emails wouldn’t go there-I really want notification if park hours change in March!
