Does anyone know what’s up with the Illuminations Sparkling Dessert Party? WDW Calendar isn’t showing any availability after May (just looked at June and July). Is it being canceled, or is the venue changing? CM on Dining line didn’t seem to have any answers. Does anyone think this worth the money?
The desert parties are sometimes very late in being posted. Just keep checking.
Not done one so can’t comment on that. But I have stood and watched Illuminations right next to where the evert party was going on, arriving around 15 minutes before the start. I don’t see it’s any advantage from a viewing perspective, so I guess it’s all about whether you want to spend the money on the deserts / drinks experience. Which is a very subjective decision 
That’s what I am thinking. I told my family since there is no seating, we might all be better off grabbing our favorite dessert or snack, and staking out a good viewing spot on our own.
