If i get an ILL for ROR at HS and buy Genie Plus can i still make a LL reservation at 7:00 am?

Yes LL is separate from ILL so you can have one of each right at 7am. you can either use different MDE accounts / phones, or just book one quickly and then the other. (Usually best to book your LL first unless it’s for a ride that just opened, like Cosmic Rewind, Tron, etc.)
