ILL 7 AM questions

Today when I phoned Disney I was told that everyone can book a 7 AM LL. I read here that only Disney Guests can book at 7 AM. Has this just been changed. I am out of the loop haven’t been to Disney World for a while.

The Genie+ package is LL, and the top attractions are ILL (individual purchase)

Off-Site Purchase Off-site guests are eligible to purchase BOTH of their ILLs beginning when the park they want to reserve an ILL in officially opens. On-site guests may NOT purchase ILLs on behalf of off-site guests in the same party until park opening.

What about your arrival day. Can you book at 7am on your arrival day even if you haven’t checked in yet?

Yes, you can book from anywhere on arrival day without needing to check in first. Just like you could do with the virtual queues.

I think everyone can book at 7am for LL. Resort guests can book ILLs at 7am (and Swan/Dolphin) where non resort guests have to wait till park open to book ILLs.
