Haven’t been on any tours but I have Caring for Giants and Behind the Seeds tour on my list for the family. They are both inexpensive!

We did Behind the Seeds last December. I thought it was great but there were no kids in our group at all — honestly, I think it might bore an eight year old unless they are into gardening, etc. But if she loves LtwL then she may love it too—I know 8yo me would have had a blast, but I was (and am) a huge science nerd. So it was right up my alley.

We did Caring for Giants in January and it was a great experience. My whole family and the other guests on our tour really enjoyed it.

My friend did it with her 8yo just last week! He loved it. Actually he asked to do it.

Yes and we loved it. My DS requested it as a special event for his 12th birthday last year.
